Cold Fire Ring accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Atlanta, Georgia.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 7-10 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

**Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.**

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. Cold Fire Ring cannot guarantee expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All sales are final unless product arrives damaged, or incorrectly sized.

If item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours to schedule item exchange. 

Cold Fire Ring is not responsible for lost packages, if your package states that it was indeed delivered.

To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know: You have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return unless noted in our exceptions. You must email info@coldfirering.com with a Reason for the return and get approval code for the return.  Please return items by mail with RMA codes on the inside and outside of the package. Please provide your online receipt or order number and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.
